The staff were especially helpful and very amiable all the time. Location: the hotel was so close to the center, all the nearby restaurants and coffee shops, and palms and other plants. The place was few metres away from Kagemusha, where you can have dinner.

It was based in very very good building in a peaceful location, to most places. The personnel was very amiable and top-class.

we were given a villa with a beautiful view, all the amenities and a beautiful view from the full size bath. the service was excellent throughout our stay.

Fairly clean place with garden views and good staff. Luxurious and gorgeous rooms with a nice decor. Marvellous location, great area, just off jungle, rice fields and the pond. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a Balinese Hindu temple...

The unit we got was a nice size with a comfortable bed, the full size bath, for instance.

The service we got was amazing. We had a stylish room with a big size bathroom. The venue was in a central location not far from the main areas of Ubud.

Perfect and quiet location adjacent to the pond and restaurants and coffee shops in a very nice area. Savoury food, exceptional service. Especially helpful and caring staff always on hand:)))

I was really impressed with this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel is perfect, just outside the main Ubud area, so it's quiet and peaceful, but still easy to get around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a massive bath and a large, comfortable bed. Plus, the fact that breakfast is included is a great bonus.

There's really nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The employees were absolutely lovely and kind. Overall it was quiet with a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a wide array of cheap meals. The location was awesome to have s driver or take a taxi.

The service was exceptional in my opinion. Food was tasty and I stayed in the suite, it was huge. This accommodation had a central setting in the neighborhood of Ubud.
